Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Foresight Markets platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Foresight Markets.
By accessing or using Foresight Markets ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the Platform.
Foresight Markets provides an event-based prediction trading platform that allows users to take positions on the outcomes of real-world events. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice. Market availability and liquidity are subject to change based on demand and regulatory requirements.
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to participate in prediction markets in your jurisdiction to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated.
All trades and position purchases on Foresight Markets are final once confirmed, subject to market rules and applicable cancellation policies. Funds deposited into your account are held in accordance with our custodial policies and may be subject to processing fees disclosed at checkout. Withdrawals are processed within 1–5 business days and subject to identity verification requirements.
Digital trading positions are generally non-refundable once executed; however, if a technical error caused an incorrect execution, you may contact support within 24 hours to request a review. Foresight Markets will investigate disputes in good faith and issue credits or reversals where a platform error is confirmed. Disputes arising from market outcomes are governed by our Market Resolution Rules, incorporated herein by reference.
All content on the Platform — including the Foresight Markets name, logo, interface design, data feeds, and analytics tools — is the exclusive property of Foresight Markets and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent. Your use of the Platform grants no license or ownership rights in any intellectual property.
You agree not to engage in market manipulation, wash trading, spoofing, or any activity that artificially distorts market prices or outcomes. You may not use automated bots, scrapers, or data harvesting tools without express written authorization. Accounts found in violation of these prohibitions will be suspended and funds may be frozen pending investigation.
Foresight Markets is a prediction trading platform and does not provide financial, investment, or legal advice. Past market performance and trading outcomes are not indicative of future results, and all trading involves risk of loss. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Foresight Markets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the net amount you deposited in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, the Platform, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately and remaining withdrawable balances will be returned subject to our standard verification process. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes not resolved through our internal process shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in class-action litigation or class-wide arbitration.
